Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Gravity Paint is provided by MH Global trade s.r.o. We are the controller of personal data processed directly by us in connection with the app and this website.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Gravity Paint for iOS and Android, identified by the application identifier sk.hlavaj.gravitypaint, and to the website at gravitypaint.hlavaj.sk.

3. Information processed by the app

Gameplay and settings stored on your device

The app stores your campaign progress, completed and unlocked levels, awards, tutorial and story status, language, settings, and locally cached purchase entitlements on your device. This information is used to resume your game and apply your choices. We do not receive it through our own server.

Motion sensor data

Gravity Paint reads accelerometer and device-motion signals to let you guide the paint drop by tilting your device and to calibrate its neutral position. These signals are processed in real time on your device for gameplay. We do not store them, send them to our servers, or use them for advertising or tracking.

Information you send to us

If you contact support, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or screenshots you include, so that we can respond.

4. Advertising and consent

The free version of Gravity Paint uses Google AdMob. The Android version displays child-directed banner advertisements only; it does not request interstitial or rewarded advertisements. The iOS version may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. All requests are limited to Google’s G-rated ad content and are marked for child-directed treatment before the ads SDK is initialized. Google and its advertising partners may process device and app information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, general location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices.

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for your advertising privacy choices. If you do not consent to personalised advertising, the app may still show non-personalised or limited ads where legally permitted. Your choice can be reviewed from the privacy options available in the app’s Settings screen.

Purchasing the ad-removal option disables requests for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads in the app. Information already processed by an advertising provider remains subject to that provider’s applicable retention rules.

5. In-app purchases

Gravity Paint offers one-time purchases to remove ads, unlock individual worlds, or unlock all worlds and levels. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

The relevant store provides purchase status and transaction or receipt information needed to confirm, retain, and restore your entitlement. The app may cache the resulting entitlement locally. A single Restore Purchases action can restore eligible purchases from your store account.

6. Website data

This website does not use an account system, advertising cookies, or our own analytics. Our hosting provider may automatically record limited technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events, to deliver and protect the website. The site uses local visual assets and does not load third-party web fonts.

7. Why information is processed

• To provide the game and purchases: performance of a contract or steps requested by you.
• To remember local preferences and progress: performance of the app service and our legitimate interest in providing a reliable experience.
• To display and measure advertising: consent where required, or another legal basis available to the advertising provider for limited ads.
• To answer support requests: our legitimate interest in customer support and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
• To secure the website and comply with law: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be processed by the following categories of recipients only as needed:

• Google, for AdMob, UMP consent management, and Google Play purchases;
• Apple, for App Store purchases and platform services;
• our website hosting and technical service providers;
• professional advisers, authorities, or courts where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

9. International transfers

Some service providers, including Google and Apple, may process information outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognised safeguard. Details are available in each provider’s privacy documentation.

10. Retention

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app, subject to platform backup behaviour.
• Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain relevant records, and meet legal obligations.
• Website security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security schedule.
• Advertising and store providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data we control, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You can manage advertising privacy choices through the app’s Settings screen and device-level privacy controls. You can remove local gameplay information by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app, although cloud or device backups may be controlled separately by your platform provider.

12. Children

Gravity Paint is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children below the minimum age at which they can consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or provide personal information directly to us. Advertising is configured and served subject to the audience, consent, platform, and regional requirements applicable to the released app.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No electronic system is completely secure, but we limit direct collection and keep core gameplay and motion processing on the device to reduce exposure.

You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority:

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
